

For 6 donuts for the donuts 1 cup flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch of salt 1/2 cup soy milk 1 tsp cider vinegar 1 Tbsp flax meal 1/8 cup lukewarm water 1 Tbsp melted vegan butter for the icing 50g dark chocolate 1 tsp black sesame paste white sesame seeds
Pre-heat your oven to 180°/375°.
Mix soy milk with vinegar. Let curdle.
Mix flax with water, let thicken.
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in the milk mixture, flax seed mixture and the melted shortenning. Mix well.
Grease your donut pan, fill to 2/3 of the top and bake for 9 to 9 minutes.
Take out from the oven and let cool before taking out from the pan.
When donuts are cooler prepare the icing.
In the microwave, melt the chocolate with sesame paste (1 minute on max power) mix well and dip your donut in the chocolate. Place on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame.
Let the chocolate harden before eating… That’s the toughest part !
