Super simple tofu burger


Ingredients for 4 patties

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 200g tofu
  • 2 Tbsp chick-pea flour
  • 2 Tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp Provence herbs
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika


In a small pan heat the oil and fry the onion with the garlic.

Add the tofu roughly cut in dices, heat for few minutes and turn the heat off.

Add all remaining ingredients and mash with a fork or a mash potatoe thingy (sorry !)

Divise in 4 and form the patties with your hands.

Cook 3 minutes on each side in a frying pan, using olive oil.


Serve right away, using store-bought buns or home made !
